Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay overall at Kimpton Hotel Monaco, thanks to its fantastic location next to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, although I did encounter a few hiccups with housekeeping and parking, which were a bit frustrating. Despite that, the attentive staff and the wine hour were nice touches that really enhanced my experience.
My stay at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia was a pleasant mix of great service and a fantastic location. though there were some hiccups with the amenities. The staff truly went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, from the valet to the concierges. However, I did run into some issues with the room not meeting the high expectations set by previous Kimpton experiences.
I had a mixed experience at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. The location was fantastic, right across from Independence Hall, and the room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. However, I faced issues with the breakfast, which was slow and didn't provide enough allowance for a standard meal. Additionally, the valet service ended earlier than expected, which was inconvenient.
I had a nice experience at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco during my stay in Philadelphia, especially thanks to its unbeatable location right across from Independence Hall. While I loved the quirky decor and spacious corner suite with stunning views, I did face a few hiccups like the slow-draining sink and some wear and tear in the room. The valet parking fee was also a bit of a surprise, especially with the additional charges for using the business center.
My stay at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia was a mix of highlights and pitfalls. The location near Independence Hall is fantastic, and the unique decor plus spacious bathrooms impressed me. However, the service fell short in some areas, particularly with cleanliness and attention to detail.
